When I started working with James Talarico in 2025 he had millions of followers on TikTok, people knew him from videos on their phones. He wanted his ads to have a higher production value, so I developed a cinematic style for the campaign. We shot all the positives as single take oners, with no edits to hide behind. James won by 12 points, the first Democrat to win a U.S. Senate seat in Texas since 1988. These are 8 of my favorite ads we made.
